Vista appearance and favorites
I just finished reading some posts about what people liked about Vista and what they didn't. I have found two things I definately do not like, and can't figure out how to change them, hopefully, someone here will.

How can I increase the contrast - by changing the colour, for example - of the mouseover on the Windows menus? Right now it's a very light blue that I can hardly see.

Secondly, when I want to add a favourite I click "add favourite", then a window comes up and I select a choice from the "create in" dropdown menu. Right now, EVERY folder on the family computer is open in that dropdown menu. Is there a way to make it like the "create in" for XP, where each folder is closed until you open it?

Thanks for your help, and I'm sure the cursed Vista will have me returning...
