Lexmark/Vista problem, helo :(
I have a lexmark 1100 series all in one, x1185 to be exact. I have a new computer with vista. I downloaded the drivers so I can print but the all in one center is not there. The all in one center is what you need to scan or use any other feature besides print... can anyone help????

Not sure this will be of much help, but I have the same issue with an HP 2175.. Lexmark is probably like HP in the fact that they didn't release new software for old printers for Vista.. But, there is some good news.. (well in my case and hopefully for you) Vista has built in software for scanning and copying.. It's located in the Windows Photo Gallery. Here is the method I use for my HP.. Maybe it will work with your Lexmark.. Good Luck!

Glad to hear it! Guess that will have to do us until we buy new devices in the future.
p.s. if your memory is like mine you might want to save those instructions... I have it in my favorites.
