Windows-No Disk Popup
New to the forums and it's great to read up on some troubleshooting advice. I've been having a problem with a dialog box popup reading 'Windows-No Disk'
It reads 'Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x7596023C 0x84C5DE2C 0x7596023C 0x7596023C.

I have to hit 'cancel' about 3-4 times before the box goes away. But it will occassionally pop right back again after 20 minutes or so.

I've done a search and it seems the common advice is to download HijackThis and post a log of the results. Should I do the same?

Question: What is the cause of this problem? I did a scan with Windows Defender and nothing unusual showed up.

I don't think you will need HijackThis. Open up your MsConfig and look at the startup items. You have a program sitting in there (most likely a game) which needs a disk in situu. Just untick it and I am sure your problem is history.
