the computer wuz working fine, some warning came up wen i was on (i think it wuz an update) is wuz counting down till restart, but i clicked restart now.
Then wen the computer loaded up again, it took me 2 a black screen which said windows had trouble starting up, and there were 2 options, 1 being somthing like "launch start up recovery" and the other being "start normally" , with both they both take me 2 a black screen with a green bar constantly going across the screen, and then thats it, its stuck, doesnt do anything else, can someone PLEASE help me, im in dire need to get my computer 2 work again, my brothers university papers are on this computer and there due soon. please someone i beg of u , respond as fast as u can with help , and please help me...
