Arrow Driver software for Mass Storage Controller
Transferred a program to new Toshiba and each time I start the computer this window comes up "Found New Hardware" "Windows needs to install driver software for your Mass
Storage Controller" with 3 options l. Locate and install software (recommended} -- Windows will guide you through the process of installing driver software for your device. and 2. Ask me later. and 3. Don't show this message again. Following thru on option 1 got me nowhere!! Who do I contact to solve this problem == In downloading the program some parts were missing & think the controller is the problem.

That sounds like a card reader or something. Have a look in Device Manager for Unknown Devices or Other Devices, check the device properties then Google the Device ID - That may well yield some results.

What program did you "transfer" to the new Toshiba? Most mass storage devices require no drivers on any recent version of Windows, so you'll have to be a lot more specific.
