I keep getting this error message:

Error # -5

Try this, found it in a link

Click Start, type Run in Instant Search to access Run command window.
• Type "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ InstallShield\ UpdateService\ ISUSPM.EXE" –bootstrap
• Click OK.
• Restart system.
