Vista 64 freeze on reboot??
Hi everyone,

I recently just built this computer;

AMD 64 X2 5600 Dual Core
ASUS M2n-E SLI Motherboard
4 GB RAM
2 160GB HD running in Raid 0
EVGA GeForce 7600GS DDR2 512mb

Windows seemed to install just fine, but when i restart my computer, with the 4GB or memory, it wont reboot. So i took out 1 GB of the RAM, and it freezes on post. If i just turn off my computer from the power switch, or shut down and turn it back on, it boots up fine.

What in the world would cause this?? I really need some help here. Thanks!!

I've been reading that a lot of systems are acting a little flaky with more than 3 gigs of RAM usually caused by a BIOS setting or a needed BIOS flash update. Sorry that doesn't exactly answer your question but maybe it'll lead you in the right direction.
