Help! What happened to my Icons?
hey guys. i have a problem with my Desktop icons.. there is like.. a black box on it. This just started happening like 2 days ago and i have no idea how it happened. please help ! x.x

Hi there, I see the nice little icon for Ares.......so, I am going to assume the worst......you have self inflicted injuries.............probably a nice batch of viruses.

Download hijack this (see the security forums for instructions on how to do this if you don't know already ) then post a scan log.

That seems like a small list (but, yes, you did it correct) --- do you have anything UNCHECKED via the start, then type msconfig and press enter, and go to the start up tab?

If so, CHECK EVERYTHING, and repost a new log.
