problems with flash
i have tried to download flash plug in thing for i site coz it requires flash to view i tried to download flash 7 and up every time it says its been installed and to finalise it close all internet windows but when i go on the site and try to view a video it says i havnt got flash installed or i need a upgrade. i have windows vista ie7 as well please help thanx

Try this:

Close all browsers

Navigate to the following folder:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

Right-click and select Run As Administrator on the following file in that folder
"FlashUtil9c.exe"
