i AM HAVING PROBLEMS trying to download norton security cd i keep getting error message ie:error 9999,17x any answers would be grateful

What version of norton?

You trying to download the file from the website to run norton? or of a cd you have?

First time you are installing it?

trying to load norton security 2007 from a cd have tried several times but keep getting error message after each time loading we use norton removal tool

Are you logged in as Administrator?

Try going through Computer or Windows Explorer, to the location of the CD.

Then right-click on the setup.exe, (may be called something else), and select RUN as administrator
