CHKDSK issue, won't run on reboot
Hi there,
I have a corrupted/unreadable Quicktime file, so I can't uninstall it or reinstall a new version until I get rid of it or fix it. I'm trying to run CHKDSK, but it won't run on reboot. I went into Task Scheduler, and the log says it fails to run because of "Login failure: Unknown user name or bad password". When I go into the properties of the scheduled task, I have "Run whether user is logged in or not" selected, so I don't know what else to do...

Tap F8 as you push power button and go into safe mode and try to delete file there.

Thanks, but that didn't work. Even in Safe Mode the file couldn't be deleted, it still says it's "corrupted and unreadable".
