Starting in windows vista - please help!
Hi
I have been running the computer fine for the last few months on vista. started it up today, checked my emails etc, came back to it later and there was a blank screen so i restarted it and now it only just gets past the scrolling green loading thing then restarts itself and just loads up to the Windows Error Recovery thing.
Any ideas?
cheers
Ryan

Can you boot to safe mode?

Did you install Vista, or was it loaded by the manufacturer?

Do you have the Vista DVD?

I don't understand.
"i cannot boot into safe mode necause it re-starts at the same point as normal mode."
Turn off the computer. After restarting, immediately start tapping the F8 key, once a second.

Did your computer manufacturer provide you with a sytem recovery / system resttore DVD or set of DVDs?
