hi all,

My vista failed to boot up (safe mode failed to boot as well) after i have done the following steps :



1. takeown /f C:\Windows\*.*
2. cacls c:\Windows\*.* /G geek:F


any advice ? i am seriously looking for a magic touch for this..

"Warning: Do not delete system files. Bad things will probably ensue."

Thus, you might want to repair Vista using the DVD's repair option.
