use your keyboard's "tab" key to move between objects, such as buttons.

Insteadof clicking on a button, you can press the "enter" key on your keyboard after you have used the "tab" key to select the object.

RIGHT click a blank spot on your desktop
Left click "personalize"
Left click "display settings"
Use the mouse to move the slider.
The "OK" button is highlighted, probably, even though you are unable to see it.
Press the "enter" key on your keyboard.
