Angry Agh wireless.
Okay, downstairs I have a Linksys router, and I have a computer upstairs which has 64 bit vista, so what do you recommend I should get 'cause the previous adapter I had doesn't have any 64 bit drivers! So I can't connect to the router downstairs which is on xp, so does anyone know what I should buy or should I just go back to the days of using xp?

All I know about Linksys is that have the most brilliant tech support system I have come across! 24 x 7 and based in the Phillipines, they will walk you through each and every step and not let you go til the problem is solved!
Can't speak highly enough of them!

You have stumbled on the reason that I run 32 bit Vista. The only solution here is to find an adapter that has Vista 64 bit drivers or change to 32 bit Vista.
