Boot up HV over range Before I begin, I would like to say I'm sorry if this is the wrong room for my post.
Any ways It started a while back, I got a Dell E521, because It was on sale for 309$ I thought hey not bad for a Vista Loaded Office PC. For my new internet caffee me and my friend started up. So it was working awsome, so I got one of my old 6600GTs and put into the PCI-E slot and booted it up got the drivers AND BAM woorked great. That's not the problem though, It happend once, then started happning ever time I put my PC in sleep or shut off for a long period of time.when I boot it up the screen just stays black, comes up with a msg H.V Frequency over range, yes It means my monitor is getting to high of hertz or w/e. But that's not the end if I leave it on for 4 mins my screen then goes to windows with the textures all messed up rez is also messed up, but it does come up. Then all I have to do is reboot and everythings HAPPY and It works great.
Any Ideas?? |
