system recover help please
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got a new HP Slimline computer a few weeks ago and I'm having problems already due to a transformer blowout across the strret from me while I was on the computer so I want to do a system restore before I put any of my own things on here. Right now I'm getting script error messages when I go on line and the Norton antivirus that came with the computer isn't working properly so I want to start completely over. The computer came with everything preinstalled. I made my own system recovery CD's but I'm not sure how to use these to do a full install because theres 16 cd's and I have no idea which ones to use or in what order so can someone help me do this so I don't mess up a brand new less than a month old computer.
The computer is running windows Vista Home premium edition.
