my brother has been closing my laptop by holding the button down and forcing my computer to shut off without properly shutting it down. after doing this and a whole bunch of other ridiculous things to it my hp_recovery(D drive is 90% full and my laptop that has only 20% full on my C drive runs like a computer from the 80s... it takes forever to load anything mostly my internet and even closing windows can take up to 7 minutes(keep in mind my laptop is like a month old). when i check my cpu usage it says the minimal but will spike to the high 90s.

Another problem im having is my sound drive was automatically updating and wont install properly it keeps freezing so now i dont have any sound drive installed.

what should i do?
