Solved: BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot.
A friend of mine ask me to try his vista installer disc since he can not install it on his system. So I tried installing it into my pc upon booting on to the disc I got a message that says BOOTMGR image is corrupt. The system cannot boot. What do you think is the problem with the installer disc?

Possibly the worst case is a damaged disk (??) Try and give the recording surface a good rub with a very clean and soft cloth.
