64-bit to 32-bit vista
Do I have to reformat my hard drive in order to revert back to 32-bit from 64-bit Vista? If not, (or if so), can you please tell me how to accomplish this? Thank you.

I would almost bet big money that the answer is "Yes". But the way to find out is the same as the way to install Vista. Boot from the Vista DVD. There will most probably be no "upgrade" option (MS uses the term "upgrade" in a sometimes peculiar way. It does not always mean moving from some version of Windows to a higher, newer version. But it means, generally, to install over the top of. A repair installation in XP, for example, is referred to as an "inplace upgrade", even though most people are actually downgrading and losing all their updates.), so follow the prompts, format when the option comes up, and install.

Thank you. Can you tell me, why is 64-bit better than 32-bit?

For the average user, there is no advantage. Future version of Windows will only be based on 64 bit architecture.
