printing envelopes
All of a sudden my MS Word 2000 fails to recognize my selected envelope size. I have tried changing it to another and then back again. I have tried rebooting the computer ... disconnecting and reconnecting my printer (Epson Stylus Photo 2400). None of this works. It shows Size 10 in Envelope Options; but when I click OK and then Print, up comes the preview with Envelope Size 1 selected not 10. Even if I change it to a custom size, I get the same result: Size 1.
Can you help me?
