Here is my problem. I brought this computer from friend and I wanted to reinstall windows vista clean with my setting, etc. big mistake. Well, installed windows to discover that the preinstalled programs were not there any longer and they were moved to a filed called windows. Old. I looked this up on the net to learn how to move file to file, etc. well I found this on the Microsoft and follow it to and now when I restart the computer I see the logon and error comes out say “unable to logon user”” user profile can not be loaded”. Here is what I entered on from the website that made me get this error.

Ren windows. Vista
ren program files program files. vista
ren users users.vista
ren document settings document settings.vista

move/y c:windows.old\windows c:\
move/y crogramfiles\program files c:\
