Dear Tech guy/gal,

I have windows vista. It was working fine yesterday but today ....

My computer will boot up but not to windows explore. Instead, I get a black background with a windows folder. I can get windows explorer desktop by using ctrl/alt/del and entering explorer.exe in the tsak mangare. The system works fine then. But this is a nuisance.

It also is the same for a safeboot.

Any suggestions?

Vista is known for these kinds f bugs.. the only way i heard of to fix these random bugs is to format and reinstall.. sometimes a repair works tough.
