vista recovery media
I have just got a new laptop with Orange broadband, and am completely new to using it, so my query may seem very basic to most of you! I need to create my Recovery Media disks, but when I have tried it hasn't worked. I understand I need to disable the Norton protection first, and then re-enable it after I've created the discs. But please could someone tell me how I should do this. Your help would be REALLY appreciated - I'm so worried about doing something wrong. Thank you.

Each maker of (OEM) of computers have a different way of doing this.
Please post the Make, Model and anything else that you know about this machine.
This will give us a starting point.
