I actually fixed it (after allot of messing around)
It seems that it was a left over problem after my any virus stopped a Trojan. At start up it was still trying to start it up, but it could not be found. To fix it I downloaded RegistryFix. Then after Purchasing and registering it. I went to Advanced Options, and to Startup Program Manager, and clicked on box next to... Program: gfxtray, Run path: rundll32 ctccw32.dll, findwnd... then told it to remove it.
Rebooted fine!

FYI, I am using Windows Vista Home Basic. I paid $37.00 bucks for RegistryFix, but there my be other cheaper or free choices out there.
