Vista+outlook2003?
After receving so many un-decoded mail, i discovered that when the reciptient is "undisclosed-recipients:" and the mail has an attachment in it, it can not be decoded by outlook2003.

I have searched the solution for many days on web and found many other people has the same problem too. I discovered that their recipient is also"undisclosed-recipients:" and has their attachment in the mail. They are using vista + outlook2003 as well.
( the header caontains "To: undisclosed-recipients:;")

p.s.
For me, undecoded mails are in outlook2003 + vista too.

the mail is like this:

Received: from mailgw.colonmail.com (mailgw.colonmail.com [210.243.78.135])

Undisclosed recipients are Bcc (blind carbon copies) and have nothing to do with Outlook 2003 + Vista. Vista has nothing to do with email. Even Windows Mail (Outlook Express in disguise), has nothing to do with Vista.

Courtney sends....

yes, it is very strange.

Mails is ok at XP+outlook2003
Some mails isn't ok at vista+outlook2003 with undisclosed-recipient and attachment
Mails is ok at vista+outlook2007

Mails is ok at XP/vista + outlook express/Window Mail

So, i wonder there is any compatiblilty problem between vista and outlook2003

It is some setting in Outlook that you have set on your Vista machine!

I'd make sure you have Microsoft Updates enabled, if you go to Windows Updates you should see a box that you can click on to Get More Updates, then scan for new updates and choose to view available updates. You should see several Optional Updates and hopefully some Office 2003 updates. Download any and all and see if it it helps.

What AV program are you running?

Doing a Google search I find a lot of comments about this be caused by a AV program.
