Question NORTON / IE / VISTA??? What's the problem!?
I only have a quick minute before it shuts me out...

I can connect to the internet, any program using it works fine ie: video games, p2p's...etc..

However, with IE7 it only lets me view certain webpages....browsing seems slower too. For example I can go to nike.com but not puma.com I can go to echo-usa.com and not echo.ca I can go to bestbuy.ca and not zellers.com.....plz help.

I think it might be norton. THis is a new comp and this problem came up in second month of ownership. It sometimes let's me browse after coming directly out of sleep mode.

thank you so much

If programs like p2p are working then u shouldn't have a problem.Do u mean u can't go in some websites at all or do they just load very slowly?also try disabling or uninstalling norton(it tends to behave like having a bodyguard with u 24/7,checking everything u interact)and using a different brower.
