Can't play quicktime mov. files on Vista
I just got a Dell computer with Windows vista. Unfortunately, I am unable to play my quicktime mov. files. I have "QuickTime 7.2 with iTunes
for Vista" installed on my computer. I can play these same quicktime mov. files which are located on an external hardrive on my other computer which has Windows XP, but not on my newer computer with Vista. Everytime I try to play a mov. file from my external hardrive, I get a message that states "additional software is required for Quicktime to playback this media. It may be available from the Quicktime components page." I cannot find anything on this page that can fix this problem. Could anyone offer a solution to this issue, it would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Thanks for the reply, I just tried that and it still didn't play. Any other possible suggestions?
