Hi.

I had Vista home Premium for 2 months and then upgraded via Microsoft's WAU to Ultimate 2 months ago, and boy do I feel like beta tester ( i.e. guinea pig .) Drivers for Audio(Sigmatel), Video(ATI), BIOS flash, Dell support applications, QuickTime, McAfee, et al.... had to be updated to the latest version or they just plain did not work. Printer software for my Dell 926 All-in-one printer had to be completely removed and reloaded from the Dell printer CD.

I have Windows and Microsoft downloads set to auto download when patches detected. I manually install.
I removed Shockwave, Flash Player, and Adobe 7.0 and then went to the Adobe website and downloaded the installers for Adobe 8.0, Flash player 9, and latest version 10 of Shockwave, and installed then in that order.

Shockwave.com games seems to be working now.

Thanks for you reply.
Kind regards, Stephen Young.
