Older games will not run in vista e.g. Doom19
I have quite a few older games that me and the kids would still like to play. However, vista throws an error at me indicating that fullscreen mode is not supported (please see attachment.)
Any ideas how to get around this or has vista screwed me?
Kind regards, Stephen Young.

Try running the game in DOSBOX. It is an open-source DOS emulator
http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/

and runs most DOS games very well.

Thanks. I will download DOSBox and give it a try. Are those frontends a good idea to add? I do run Mozilla and Thunderbird. Windows Mail has a glitch that won't allow me to empty trash! I called them and they told me to just mark all trash as READ until they can fix it. They still haven't fixed it. Thunderbird works just fine.

Kind regards, Stephen Young
