Question Widows Vista Home Basic
Every time that I need to RESTART the computer after deleting a program or software,or if I want to turn it off ;the computer hangs on "computer is shutting down.....".So I have to turn it off by holding the off botton.Any help would be appreciated! manuel

Ok I see 30 minutes from your PM...is part of this thread missing?
On normal shutdown does it also hang?
