Vista eating disk space
Dear all,

Here is an interesting problem, I have lenovo Z61 laptop with 100GB disk. I have approx. 90GB working space. When i check the properties of C: drive, its shows that only 6 GB is free. I browse C: drive, mark all folders & files (show hidden files/folders option is on) and look the properties, it shows that total 32GB is data and system files.

Its amazing that where is remaining space (around 50GB). I have also disabled that shadow copy/recovery option, only 9 GB space is recovered.

Seeking for help.

Thanks,

Muhammad Azam
