firefox blow-up
Hello, this is the first time I have been on a forum so please, any tips would help. I have been asked to fix a friends Acer laptop of a few quirks and the one I'm stuck on is that when he tries to log onto his Firefox browser it enlarges to another screen size and it becomes very difficult to maneuver around the browser. ...Whats up?

If I could get some clarification on this?

Is it like its maximized to where you can't see the buttons?

Even better would be a screen shot.
