certain web pages not opening at all
I have just purchased on new Inspiron 531s system with Vista. The problem I am having is that certain windows will not open at all. I have did a system restore and that worked for one day. I have disabled firewall and Norton to no prevail. I have spent hours on the phone with Dell support and with my DSL provider. DSL provider sent a new modem and I replaced it, NOTHIHG changed. Can anyone help me out?? I am at my wits end with this problem.

pages not opening
None of the MSN pages will load. Hotmail or Yahoo mail will load. But I can get to everything else on Yahoo. Myspace will not load. And my banking page will not load. These are the only ones at the moment that I know that I can't get to
