dll error notice from an uninstalled program
Hi,

I had Kodak EasyShare installed on my comp, but it was never used, and it was a pain in the butt. I uninstalled it yesterday, and I deleted the Kodak folder in "Program Data" that wasn't uninstalled (for whatever reason).

But I'm still getting a Kodak registration dll error popup on startup, and it says that the required dll could not be loaded. Well, of course it can't, the program doesn't exist.

But where is this message originating? How do I get rid of it?

Dll Problem
It's possible that the program is loading as a "service" - in which case you wouldn't see it. To get at the services, type "Services" from the Start command bar and then look for the offending program. Sorry, I don't what that would be as I don't have Easy Share.

On booting on each morning, just before the desktop screen appears, I get a notice "Cannot open this application because it is not found: MFC71.DLL. Re-installing may solve." I then just X it off the screen and the desktop opens as usual and all programs appear to be operating. What's that all about?
