Windows SQM Consolidator
What is Windows SQM Consolidator and why does it want to connect to the internet?
I have Windows Vista Home Premium and Zone Alarm alerted me on it today. I gave it permission, thinking, and hoping that it's harmless.

It is the Windows Messenger Service Quality Monitor , it basically connects to send info about how you use Windows Live Messenger to Microsoft or it might send them any bugs u encounter, just an educated guess but im sure it has to do with Windows Messenger.
