Exclamation Bad Update???
Vista home 32bit
good ip
correct dns
ie setting defaulted,
can not ping out
cant sign into 192.168.100.1
no firewall


tried safe mode networking
still no connection

is there a update out there that may affect the tcp/ ip

None that I know of and I have ALL Microsoft's Vista updates installed.

i have cable service, dhcp
I had the modem re provisioned
and added back to my accoun still same issue and new good ip
