Cookies are located at:
C:\Users\[Your User Profile Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
And, (in anticipation of your next thought!)
Temp Internet at
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\

In order to to see them you have "Show hidden
files and folders" and take the ck. out of "Hide Protected Operating System
Files" , in "folder options"

You solved my problem. When I see your answer I understand why I not could find the folder!
