Can't download/save anything
Problem:
Click on a download link.
The 'open/save' box pops up but nothing happens after clicking 'open' OR 'save'
-------------------------------
Since this started, I've noticed a steady blinking or flashing of the cursor also.......the hour-glass flashes on for a split second every 4 or 5 seconds
