Trying To Print Emails In Draft Mode With Epson Dx4800 & Vista
Hi, I have just bought a new laptop with Vista and have just hooked up my printer (Epson DX4800), everything seemed to be working fine but I tried to print my emails on draft mode (I used to be able to do this with XP) but there are two print styles in the print box - Memo Style and Table Style.
In the memo style I can print my emails but all the other options (including the Properties button, which is where you select draft mode).
In the table style the properties box is available but it prints the list of my emails in my inbox, rather than the actual email itself. I have tried highlighting all the text inthe email but this makes no difference.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can print my emails off in draft mode?
I am dreading hooking up my Epson Pro 4800 that I use to print off my art work! When I phoned the technical helpline the other day for that printer (on an Epson query), they had a dedicated line to people using the Pro 4800 with Vista! Made me feel a bit uneasy!
Meant to say that I am using Outlook 2003 for my emails currently.

Sorted
After looking through some more questions on the forum I decided to check the Epson site (which I probably should have done first of all ) but have now installed an updated driver from the site and I can now print my emails in draft mode!
