Can I put a PC-133 memory card in my computer that takes
DDR2 240-PIN DIMM 64x64
Speed Description
PC2-5300 / 667 MHz Non-ECC, Unbuffered Units

No, not unless you use a large hammer and have no expectation of the PC running again.

They are different pin format and vastly different speeds. The RAM would not actually fit.
