Install Xp Overtop Vist on Laptop
Hey yall im new here and well my friend needs some help. They installed Windows Vista Ultimate on there Gateway laptop and well they hate it! so now they want XP back which i tried to reformat it back but yet it is 64 bit vista and 32 bit XP. difference is the problem i think. I have an external hard drive if it's possible to boot off of that and format the internal to nothing. then change the type. Create a new partition, and then install XP back. Im no sure if it will work but i need help getting it to work. If there's an easyer way plz let me know. i hope you guys can help.
thanks,
Jarhizzy
