Vista???????
Will Vista Run BAttlefield 2142 and Battlefield 2 on THe OS of Windows Vista home edition? If not Can i install Windows xp if my new computer comes with Windows Vista already installed?

You can run XP within Windows Vista if you have enough RAM to use Virtual PC. Virtual PC is a software that pretends to be a complete PC and let you install an OS inside.

Do not even attempt to run BF on Virtual PC. It will be too slow, for it to be effective you would need around at least 4GB of ram. 2GB is just about sufficiant for vista on its own never mind running another OS on top + playing a game. But BF should work on vista anyway there is no reason for you to install Virtual PC and run it through there.
