Smile Solved: Distress call - Backup and running
I have recently been infected by W32.Myzor.FK@yf.

I have finally managed to get rid of it (I hope!) from the system but I have been left with a number of damaged files.
I wanted to deleteIE7 and then reinstall in from the Microsoft website. I had to move the file out of programmes onto desktop in order to remove some of the folder created by the virus and now I can not put it back.

Also my permissions have changed:
Administrator - Special Permission
User - Read & Execute, List folder contents and Read
Trusted Installer - List folder contents and Special permissions (should this be here?)
Creator/Owner - Special permissions
System - Special permissions

I am not sure what should be there but I can not make any changes to account type as the button will not activate the change.

Any advice please?

P.S. I used XoftSpySE, RegCure and Norton 360.

Got there in the end - Solved
