Angry Vista "Unblocking" Issues...
Hello all,

I am a CSR for my uncle's home business, and I assist customers with this guitar leassons software that we sell online.

The problem that I am experiencing has to do with my customer's Windows Vista Home Premium. He needs to unblock these swf files, and every time that he "unblocks" them, he comes back to check on them, and Vista re-blocks them! And because of this he cannot use the program that he purchased from us.

I am kind of a beginner with computers, and I don't know much of anything regarding Vista. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get these swf files unblocked for good? Thank you all.

Have you run Adobe Flash Player on the unit?

When you say that he needs to "unblock" the files, what do you mean? With the firewall?
