It's a networking issue of some kind from the faulting driver.

Have you tried doing a "system restore" to a date when this was not happening?

They can be undone if not helpful.

In testing, are you choosing Safe Mode with Networking support?

You can also try a clean boot to rule out most 3rd party applications:

I'd suspect a possible antivirus connection. You don't seem to have a 3rd party firewall or I'd mention that as well.

When did the problem begin? Have you tried doing a System Restore to return to a prior date? These can be undone if not helpful.

You can also try uninstalling the Network Adapter from the Device Manager and reboot, letting Windows redetect and reinstall the drivers.

Create a System Restore point before doing this if one is not readily available.

Post a HijackThis scanlog >

Download and install HijackThis using the "self extractor". Run it and select "do a system scan and save the log file". Then copy/paste the contents of the log to a reply
