Issue with Vista Opening Documents
My parents recently purchased a new laptop with Microsoft vista Prem, Home edition installed. The problem they are having is when they go to their bank accounts , 2 separate web sites, they cant view their statements, The separate opens but closes a few seconds later. There is no error message. We tried the patch for adobe and contacted the antivirus company and to no avail. Im thinking it has something to do with the security settings as it opens other docs fine just not online documents through a bank, Thanks for any help.

Have them call the bank(s) and see if there is any known issues with their programs and Vista.

You may also file this information at the bank web site.

You need to download and install java software, for the life of me I don't know why pc's don't come that way.
