Solved: 7GB lost after using nero 8
I used nero 8 to recode and burn an avi file but had to cancel. After checking my disk space I noticed that 7GB had just disappeared. This has happended before but the space normally reappears after a while.

I have removed old system restore points and have used CCleaner but the space has still not been restored.

Can anyone please help me get my 7GB back?

"but had to cancel"
The temp files are still there, you need to find out where Nero saves them.

After a lot of searching I managed to find where the temporary files were saved.

They were in a hidden folder under C/User/AppData/Local/Temp

Not sure why a disk clean or CCleaner didn't find and remove that.
