"Previous Version" only IF the program you are using can and is set up to save versions.
None of my files have any Version Tab in properties.

I have Vista Home Premium. I thought the feature of Previous Versions was standard. So, there is no way for me to access this feature? Dennis

Thanks - I looked at that page. I was told by a Dell support rep that the Shadow Copy is only available with Vista Ultimate. I have Home Premium. Does this sound right? I cannot get that "See Previous Versions" option when I right click.

The feature simply isn't available in Vista Home Premium.

Okay, I accept that. Lets say for example, you had a folder of pictures and deleted five of them last week. Would being able to view previous versions "undelete" those pictures? I want to understand this.

Can anyone answer the question - is it possible to restore deleted pics or files with the "Previous Versions" folder option on Vista Ultimate?
