Hello,
Well, I took a look at your screen shot and I was not able to see a yellow line. Does it go vertical or horizonal on the screen? Do you happen to have a spare monitor that you can hook up and see if it reappears on the spare monitor? Since it didn't show up in the screen shot (unless I missed it), it may be your monitor.

Does it always appear in the same spot? Is it a LCD? Reason why I ask, LCDs can have bad cells, though I have never seen a whole line, I guess it could happen. Since it is yellow, it is getting some information, but not all.

I really think it is your monitor. As I suggested before, try using another monitor to see if the yellow line shows up on it. If you don't, see if you can borrow one with a friend and see if the problem follows the monitor.
